摘要：
近年来，洛阳市在全市范围内大力推动家风家训馆建设
工作， 将其纳入中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程和全市
构建文化传承创新体系，同时把建设家风家训馆作为深
化群众性文明创建活动的重点，以家风家训馆的建设作
为有效抓手， 推动文明创建活动从无形到有形。洛阳市
在展馆建设中与时俱进，剔除封建糟粕， 密切联系党建
工作， 注重典型示范作用， 并在展馆之外举办各种活
动 多方宣传，取得了良好的社会效果，但也存在活动
内容 不够丰富多彩、宣传方式不够多样等问题。应该
在深入 挖掘整理洛阳当地优秀传统文化资源的基础之
上，充分 发挥多平台宣传的优势，与现有的群众性文
化活动相结 合，与青少年思想道德建设相结合，发挥
典型人物行为 示范作用，以好家风推动社会移风易俗。

Abstract：
In recent years，the construction of museums of
family traditions and instructions has been
vigorously promoted all over Luoyang city，which
has
actually been integrated into the project of
inheriting Chinese traditional culture and the
innovation system of carrying forward culture all
over the city. In the meantime，great importance has
been attached to these museums with the creation of
mass civilization as the focus of the construction.
In the construction，the feudal dregs were discarded
to keep pace with the times. Communist Party
building was given a close consideration through
setting up good examples，in addition， various
activities were organized outside the museum to
publicize，all of which have gained good social
results. Nevertheless，neither enough nor colorful
activities and the monotonic propaganda still
constitute the main problem. We should，on the basis
of deeply excavating and sorting out the outstanding
traditional cultural resources in Luoyang，give full
play to the advantages of multi-platform
publicity， combine with the existing mass cultural
activities， combine with the moral construction
of the young people’s ideology and give full
expression of
typical characters，thus，can we use good family
traditions to make the whole society function
well.

习近平总书记指出： “家风好， 就能家道兴盛、和顺
美 满；家风差， 难免殃及子孙、贻害社会。广大家庭
都要 弘扬优良家风，以千千万万家庭的好家风支撑起全
社会 的好风气。 ”党的十八大以来，习总书记多次就
家风建 设做出论述， 中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印
发的《关 于实施中华优秀传统文化传承发展工程的意
见》指出， 要“挖掘和整理家训、家书文化， 用优良
的家风家教培 育青少年” 。2017 年河南省深入实施中
原人文精神“五 大工程”以实现构筑文化高地的目标，
其中就包括中原 优秀传统文化传承工程。
2016 年以来， 洛阳市在全市范围内大力推进家风家
训 馆的建设，不仅将家风家训馆的建设纳入中华优秀
传统 文化传承发展工程和全市构建文化传承创新体系，
同时 把家风家训馆建设作为深化群众性文明创建活动
的重 点，以家风家训展示馆的建设作为有效抓手，推
动文明 创建活动从无形到有形。家风家训馆投入使用
